Working responsibilities / 工作职责及内容：

1. Make careful inspections of the materials in assembly and production procedures; be responsible for false inspections and miss inspections;
2. Make inspections, marks, records strictly in accordance with inspection requirements and be responsible for the products judged to be qualified;
3. It is a must to make inspections on key parts or key dimensions strictly according to technical requirements and make round-checks of the whole production procedure hereof;
4. Make correct inspection records and make sure the traceability of product quality;
5. Mark the parts after inspection; be responsible for any quality problem resulted by failing to dispose rejected parts timely or by failing to make marks and supervisions of rejected parts;
6. Quality feedback to prevent quality problems’ happening or repeating.

1. 对进货过程中原材料和其他采购件的质量进行有效的控制，认真组织检验；对错、漏检造成的物料的质量不合格负责。
2. 严格按检验文件进行检验、标识、记录，对判为合格产品的正确性负责；
3. 对技术部认定的关键部件或关键尺寸，必须严格按照技术要求进行检验，并对产品整个过程做好巡回检查工作；
4. 认真正确地填写质量原始检验记录，确保产品质量的可追溯性；
5. 按规定要求做好对验收产品的检验状态标识；对未经处理的不合格品流入生产或未对不合格品进行标识并监督其及时处理而造成产品质量问题负责；
6. 做好质量信息反馈工作，防止产品质量问题的发生和重复发生。

Competency / 任职资格：

1. Above technology school degree, major in welding, mechanical manufacture or relevant;
2. More than 3 years work experience in technical or QC positions in mechanical industries; could understand mechanical drawing and could use normal gauge;
3. Having good skills of communication and written expression;
4. Having certain math statistical skills and good ability of discovering, analyzing and solving problems;
5. Respect and cherish the post, take seriousness to works and be honest and fair.

1. 大专以上学历，机械制造及相关专业
2. 在机械行业技术或质量检验岗位3年以上工作经验，能看懂图纸、会使用一般量具。
3. 有良好的沟通协调技巧和书面表达能力。
4. 有一定的数学统计技术能力，具备发现、分析、解决问题的能力。
5. 爱岗敬业，严肃认真，办事公道，诚实守信。
年龄要求：25-35岁
